Vermiculite is most commonly used in its exfoliated and raw form. All these minerals are extracted from the earth’s Crust after taking account various geographical factors like the location, climatic conditions, type of soil etc. This raw vermiculite is then refined using a host of processes and techniques under the guidance and motivation of our founder member Mr.T.Meenatchi Sundaram since the year 1984. Once the refining is done this raw vermiculite is supplied to our customers in the form of sizes/grades of vermiculite concentrate, based on their recommendations. We are premium exporters of Raw Vermiculite which is packaged in different sizes (4-8 mm, 2-4 mm, 1-2 mm and 0.5-1 mm.) Special sizes can also be supplied as per customer requirements. Also we do special processing to cater to specific requirements of customers.

Exfoliated vermiculite is used in various industries as a packing material due to its highly absorbent nature. It is also a lightweight aggregator for plaster, proprietary concrete, compounds, fire stop mortar and cementious spray fireproofing. It can also be used as loose fill insulation and can be molded into shapes, bonded with cement and other bonding materials for insulation, refractory insulation, fireproofing of structural steel and pipes industries. Exfoliated vermiculite is also widely used as a component of the interior fill for fire stop pillows, and is also used in commercial hand warmers.

Firstly, the process begins with searching the best mines which have sufficient vermiculite deposits, after which the mining and quarrying process begins.
